2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • Service Unavailability: If our subscription service is unavailable for a significant period (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to technical issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Billing Errors: If you have been incorrectly charged or double-billed, you are entitled to a full refund of the incorrect or duplicate charges.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • After the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period has expired
  • For partial use of subscription services (except in cases of service unavailability)
  • If your account has been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions
  • For any subscription cancellations after the refund period (you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period)

2.3 Recurring Subscriptions

For recurring subscriptions:

  • Canceling your subscription will stop future recurring payments
  • No refunds will be issued for payments already processed
  • You will continue to have access to subscription content until the end of your current billing period

3. Digital Product Refunds

For one-time digital product purchases such as downloadable guides, templates, and other digital content:

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the purchased digital product, and our support team cannot resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Significant Content Discrepancy: If the product's description substantially misrepresents the actual content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

3.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds for digital products will not be provided in the following cases:

  • After the product has been downloaded or accessed
  • Based on subjective dissatisfaction with the content after consumption
  • After 7 days from the date of purchase

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

4.1 Submission of Refund Request

  1. Log in to your TR PAO account
  2. Navigate to the "Billing" or "Subscription" section

  4. Provide the following information:
    • Your full name and email address associated with your account
    • Date of purchase
    • Order or transaction ID (if available)
    • Reason for requesting a refund
    • Any relevant details or documentation supporting your request

4.2 Review Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days
  2. Review your request based on our refund eligibility criteria
  3. Verify your purchase and account information
  4. Communicate our decision regarding your refund request

4.3 Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • We will process the refund within 5-10 business days from the approval date
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card used for purchase
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Bank Transfer: Refunded to the originating bank account
  • Other Payment Methods: Refunded according to the policies of the respective payment processor

If the original payment method is no longer available or valid, we may request alternative payment information or issue the refund as TR PAO account credit.

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Promotional or Discounted Purchases

For purchases made with promotional codes, discounts, or during special sales:

  • Refunds will be based on the actual amount paid, not the original price
  • The promotional discount may not be available for future purchases after a refund is processed

6.2 Account Credits and Gift Cards

For purchases made using account credits or gift cards:

  • Refunds will be issued as account credits with the same expiration date as the original credits (if applicable)
  • Gift card purchases may be refunded to the original gift card or as account credit

6.3 Bundle Purchases

For bundle purchases:

  • Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are generally not available
  • Refunds for bundles will be processed for the entire bundle purchase

7. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

TR PAO reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy at our discretion. Exceptions may be made in the following situations:

  • Extenuating personal circumstances that prevented use of the service
  • Technical issues unique to a specific customer's environment that cannot be resolved
  • Service changes that significantly alter the value proposition after purchase

Each exception request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The decision to grant an exception is at the sole discretion of TR PAO and does not establish a precedent for future cases.

8. Subscription Cancellation

Please note that canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation will stop future billing but will not automatically generate a refund for past payments
  • You will continue to have access to subscription content until the end of your current billing period

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your TR PAO account
  2. Navigate to "Account Settings" or "Subscription Management"
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

9. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues with your purchase before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your account and access to our services
  • Additional fees or penalties
  • Ineligibility for future purchases or promotions
